The Lone Star Swap Meet at Traders Village

Admission is free and parking is only $3 per car.

Swap Meet Registration

Early registration is $30 through May 22nd
Late registration is $40

Spaces are 20’ x 18’

Click-and-Print Registration Form

Early registration packets will be mailed to the address listed on the registration form.

Late registration packets (parking passes and food coupons) will be at the Registration Tent for pickup beginning 9 AM Thursday June 10th. At that time all spaces not paid for will be open on a First-Come-First-Served basis.

Vendor setup available Thursday June 10th at 9 AM

• FREE Breakfast & Lunch Friday & Saturday
• FREE Beer/Soft Drinks/Nachos, Sat. 6-7 PM
• FREE Parking for Public on Friday, June 11th

FOR SAFETY REASONS, IN AND OUT TRAFFIC WILL BE RESTRICTED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM. ALL VEHICLES EXITING THE SWAP MEET AREA DURING THOSE HOURS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REENTER UNTIL AFTER 4:00 PM.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• ALL spaces are reserved on first come basis.
• ONLY 10% non-automotive merchandise on any swap meet space.
• NO firearms allowed on premises (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission) HB #1445
• NO food or beverages are to be sold by Vendors.
• ALL handicapped vehicles must have handicap stickers.
• NO mini-bikes, motorcycles or bicycles to be driven on the premises during swap meet hours.
• WE reserve the right to reject and/or eject any person or firm that we deem undesirable for any reason.
• All actions and decisions are final.
• Lone Star Region and Traders Village will not be held responsible for damages due to fire, theft, accidents, hazardous materials or an act of God.
